Spherical lenses are used for the convergence or divergence of light. They are widely used in microscopic, laser, image, light and other fields. Different working areas require different materials. The degree of converging and diverging of a spherical lens depends on the refractive index of the glass and the radius of curvature.Glitter Optics offers high precision spherical lenses according to the customers’ drawings.

Toric lenses

Toric lens has two curvatures in the X direction and y direction. Glitter Optics can offer high precision toric lens according to your drawings.

Crystal optics

Glitter Optics can offer crystal optical components according to customers’ drawings. Just like Laser Crystal、UV Crystal、Infrared Crystal、eg：CaF2、MgF2、BaF2、LiF2、YAG、YVO4、ZnSe、ZnS、Ge、Si etc.

AR coating

Single wavelength AR coating, multi-wavelength AR coating, broadband AR coating. The customer can choose any material as the substrate according to the demand. The wavelength can be any band within 190-140000nm. The angle of incidence can be 0°to 60°.

Prisms

Prisms are often used for beam reflection and image deflection, etc. It is an important component of the optical system. Glitter’s prisms are useful for a wide range of applications.Glitter Optics offers variety of types and materials of prisms, such as Penta Prisms, Right Angle Prisms, Dove Prisms, Roof Prisms, Porro Prisms，Rhomboid Prism ,Wedge Prisms and so on.

Flat Lenses

Glitter Optics offers a variety of windows, mirrors, filters, waveplates, gratings according to the customers’ drawings.

Aspherical lenses

Aspherical lenses have its advantages in a range of applications where eliminated spherical aberration or (and) single element design is required. Glitter offers CNC precision-polished aspherical lenses. Our CNC polished aspheric lenses are iteratively ground and polished by a software supported computer-controlled processing center to provide better controlled surface quality, irregularity and focal length deviation

Cylindrical lenses

Cylindrical lenses can be used to focus light into a thin line in the applications of scanning, spectroscopy, laser diode, acousto-optic, optical processing, and others. Cylindrical lenses can also be used to expand the output of a laser diode into a symmetrical beam. Glitter Optics offers high precision cylindrical lenses according to the customers’drawings.
